Remote assistance is free <\/b>of charge during office hours for all our service contract<\/b> customers.<\/p>

The cost of remote assistance in the absence of a contract is \u20ac50,00 + VAT\/hour<\/b>, minimum billable 1 hour (regardless of the duration of the session).<\/p>
